Onion is the strategic product of our cold store and accounts for 80% of production volume. The raw material is peeled, cut and IQF frozen in fluidisation tunnels, so dice, slices and strips stay free-flowing and hold their structure after thawing. Available across the full range of cuts and calibrations, in large production batches.
