Contract freezing of fruit and vegetables
We take in customer-owned raw material and freeze it in two fluidisation tunnels with a combined capacity of 200 tonnes per 24 hours. Fluidised (IQF) freezing chills individual pieces in a stream of cold air, so the goods stay free-flowing and the structure and colour of the raw material are preserved.
